I hate how adults think it’s silly for teenagers to have real feelings. 

If your teacher tells you you’re stupid, it hurts. 

If your friend tell you you’re ugly, it hurts. 

If your parent tell you you’re worthless, it hurts. 

If your sister tells you you’re fat, it hurts. 

If your boyfriend tells you he just wants to be friends, it hurts. 

And it isn’t fair that we are expected to let everything go even though you just hurt so badly.
